Life can feel overwhelming when relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, parenting stress, or major life transitions begin affecting your ability to feel like yourself. Therapy offers a space to pause, process, and move toward the life and relationships you want—and you do not have to navigate it alone. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where adults, adolescents, couples, and families can explore challenges openly and feel heard. My approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices, focusing on helping you identify strengths, develop coping tools, and create meaningful change. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship concerns, healing after abuse, divorce and co-parenting, parenting struggles, and family stressors. I also serve as a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator with five years of experience helping couples strengthen communication and deepen connection. I believe you are the expert on your own story. My role is to help you organize that story, recognize your strengths, and build confidence in your ability to move forward. Therapy is not about having all the answers—it is about creating space to discover them. My goal is simple: help you gain the tools and confidence to eventually no longer need me. Currently offering telehealth appointments.
