Lately, life has felt like it’s shifting in real time.
Between changes in schedules, work transitions, and trying to balance family needs, I’ve found myself in that weird in-between space—trying to plan, hoping the plan works, and also mentally preparing to pivot if it doesn’t. Sound familiar?
In the midst of all that, I realized something important:
I need a reset.
Not a huge overhaul. Just a mindful pause to check in with myself, get grounded, and realign with what matters most right now.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about giving yourself permission to reflect, release what’s not working, and make space for what is.
Here’s a simple checklist of reflection prompts to help you reset—whether you’re managing burnout, juggling work and life, or just feeling scattered.

- What’s something I need to release this month (emotionally or physically)?
- What habits are no longer serving me?
- What brings me joy right now—and am I making time for it?
- How can I be more present this week?
🏡 Family & Home Life
- Is our current rhythm working for everyone?
- Where can we ask for help or create more ease?
- What do I want my kids/partner/family to remember about this season?
- What’s one small change that could improve our mornings or evenings?
💼 Career & Calling
- What task or goal keeps getting pushed back—and why?
- Am I clear on what success looks like this quarter?
- What boundaries do I need to reinforce to protect my energy?
- What’s one brave move I can make this month?
These prompts aren’t meant to overwhelm. They’re here to help you reset your focus, especially if you’re feeling off-track or emotionally drained.
Because here’s the truth: Change is hard. Even good change.
And sometimes, what we really need isn’t a new plan—it’s just a moment to breathe, reset, and remember we’re not alone.
