Ashley Smith, LMSW

Home Ashley Smith, LMSW

Ashley R Smith, LMSW

Is a compassionate and experienced therapist who specializes in supporting married women, particularly stay at home mothers and wives, who feel they have lost themselves in the roles they carry. Many of the women Ashley works with feel overwhelmed, unseen, disconnected, or uncertain of who they are beyond being a wife and a mother. They may be struggling with low self-esteem, emotional burnout, anxiety, depression, or a deep sense of identity loss.

Ashley provides a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where women can safely explore their emotions, values, and desires. Her work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves, rebuild confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and rediscover purpose and direction in their lives. She believes that healing begins with clarity, understanding your story, your needs, and your worth.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Ashley utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Her approach is collaborative, empowering, and deeply client-centered, allowing each woman to move at her own pace toward growth and healing.

In addition to her work with women, Ashley has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, trauma, life transitions, and school-related difficulties. She also offers parent support and guidance for families navigating the complexities of raising children while managing personal and relational stress.

Ashley’s therapeutic style is warm, honest, and grounded in empathy. She is especially passionate about helping women reclaim their voice, strengthen their identity, and create a life that aligns with who they truly are. Her guiding philosophy is rooted in her tagline: “Where healing and clarity meet.”
